Mr. Alcalde advises GPM on marketing opportunities primarily related to the General Services Administration (GSA). As the former Regional Administrator of GSA's National Capital Region until 2001, Mr. Alcalde is intimately familiar with the programs and marketing opportunities available in GSA's largest Region, as well as in other GSA Regions. Mr. Alcalde has more than twenty-three years of professional experience working on government affairs and real estate matters for several large Washington real estate developers. He holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland. He also serves as a search and rescue pilot in the Virginia Civil Air Patrol. | | | | |
