Mr.
Frankel assists GPM’s
clients develop and implement
their relationships with the
Department of Defense. As the
Director of real estate for
the US Army Corps of Engineers
until 2000, Mr. Frankel was
responsible for major real
estate programs, including
acquisition, outleasing and
disposal of Army and Air Force
real estate. Among his many
responsibilities, Mr. Frankel
supported the Army Secretariat
in developing/justifying base
closure positions and implementing
decisions of successive BRAC
commissions. He was also the
Chief of Real Estate for the
Corps of Engineers Baltimore
District where he was responsible
for supporting Army and Air
Force in a seven state military
regional area.
Mr. Frankel has
a law degree, as well as many
government awards, including
the Presidential Meritorious
Rank Award. He has a Top Secret
clearance.
