Brian K. Polly, Senior Vice President

Before joining GPM, Mr. Polly was the Assistant Commissioner of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) responsible for the national redeployment and disposal of all federal real property. Mr. Polly is nationally recognized as an authority on Federal real estate matters. He has been responsible for operating an national organization which dealt with over one (1) Billion dollars worth of real property per annum. His organization was instrumental in helping the Navy strategize the marketing and sale of Tustin and EL Toro, California bases under Department of Defense Base Re-alignment and Closure (BRAC) procedures.
Mr. Polly also served as the Assistant Commissioner for Procurement and Public Utilities within the U.S. General Services Administration; The Director of Procurement and Contract Management for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Director of Contracts for the Department of Defense’s Joint Cruise Missiles Project Office. He has won numerous awards including the President’s Meritorious Service Award. Organizations under his leadership have been nationally recognized for many accomplishments, including: The Smithsonian Award for Computer Innovation; The U.S. General Service Administration’s Design Award for the Reuse Plan for Governors Island, New York; and the U.S. General Services Administration Quality Award using the Baldridge commercial criteria.
