Mr. Sullivan helps clients target
specific procurement needs,
provides marketing and sales
consultation and offers critical
liaison services between sellers,
buyers and procurement decision-makers.
He has successfully represented
clients before a variety of
Federal Agencies, and has obtained
contracts for clients from various
Agencies, including the General
Services Administration (GSA)
and the Department of Veterans
Affairs. As an attorney he is
the firm's legal and regulatory
authority on a variety of procurement
issues, particularly with respect
to GSA.
Prior to co-founding GPM, Mr. Sullivan held executive positions at several firms engaged in Federal marketing. Earlier in his career, he served in the General Services Administration as Commissioner of Public Buildings, the number two political position at GSA, with an annual budget of $3 billion dollars and oversight of more than 7,000 buildings, the largest civilian real estate portfolio in the United States. He also served as the Associate Deputy Administrator of Logistics for the Veterans Administration, managing their multi-million dollar procurement and construction program. He was appointed by President Reagan to the board of directors of the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships, the largest developer and owner of low and moderate income housing in the country.
He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan and received his J.D. from The George Washington University, and has been a member of Who's Who In American Politics for a number of years.
